Shipping policy

Welcome to Maksuns Sports where we strive to provide with best shipping and parcel delivery for your products. Our shipping policy sets out the details related to delivery of your product based on your order. 

Domestic Shipping (Within Melbourne)
Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders above 100AUD in value. 
Standard shipping takes two to five business days to arrive and exclude weekends and public holidays. 
Express shipping options available, please reach out support@maksuns.com for expedited shipping options. Additional charges apply for express shipping.

Express Shipping: Reach out to support@maksuns.com for express delivery options. 
Expected express delivery duration is between one to three business days excluding weekends and public holidays. 

International Shipping
Not supported. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and package weight. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Postal service providers: 
We partner with local couriers to provide fastest and reliable delivery options.

Order Tracking
We provide order tracking numbers for the items being selected to shipped to address and are not dropped in person. Parcel tracking will be accessible through carrier's website and you will be notified via email for shipped parcel. 

Delivery Notes

- If goods are damaged upon delivery, please contact us on support@maksuns.com with your order number and details/photos of damage.
- We will assist in providing a replacement or issue a refund. 
Local pickup from Melbourne office is available. Contact us on email or phone to arrange a pickup time. 
- Delivery dates are indicative estimates only and are subject to courier's terms and conditions.
